賽多利斯Sartorius玻璃纖維預過濾膜-GF膜

 

玻璃纖維膜（glass fibre）屬于深層過濾膜，其主要用途是作為預過濾層，直接加在過濾膜上面使用。

注意：不同尺寸的濾器對預過濾膜的直徑都有具體要求，直徑過大時，其邊緣會伸到密封圈下引起漏液。

 

l   GF膜13400為標準型，含有丙烯酸乳膠粘合劑的玻璃纖維，具有很高的容塵量。

l   GF膜13430為加厚型，專用于過濾較臟的料液。

l   GF膜13440是不含粘合劑型，推薦用于較澄清的液體如培養(yǎng)基的預過濾等。

 

當過濾較粘稠難濾過的液體如血清時，通常采用多層過濾法，2-3層不同孔徑的過濾膜疊放，過濾膜之間加聚酯分隔層（產(chǎn)品編號13420）以便于液體濾過，最上層加GF預濾膜。

耐熱性13400和13430最高220℃，13420最高200℃。

滅菌方式：高壓滅菌（121℃或134℃）或干熱滅菌（180℃）
