Sartobind Rapid A is a membrane chromatography platform designed for modern monoclonal antibody purification processes. Independent of the chromatography system, it offers a scalable solution for capturing Fc-region containing biomolecules, ideal for process intensification in single- or multi-column setups. Its agarose-based membrane combines convective and diffusive mass transport for higher flow rates at reduced back pressure, shortening process times without sacrificing binding capacity.
